30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process
If your return is approved, you will need to send the item back to our fulfillment center via a tracked shipping method (e.g., Royal Mail).
We will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the item is not defective and the correct product was delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently do not charge any restocking fees.
Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
- If you contact us within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
- After 14 days (up to 30 days), returns are still accepted, but you will receive store credit instead.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
